General Terms of Rentenberger Kg of www.juniorgolfshop.eu.
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and other benefits and both written and telephone and online orders at the Rentenberger Kg, Kölblgasse 34 Top 18, 1030 Vienna (hereinafter RKG). Through your order you accept these Terms and agree to these.
2. Ordering, delivery, contract
Orders and deliveries are possible only within the EU and can be answered only by legally competent persons. Customers under 18 years need the signature of their legal representative. RKG provides you with each delivery a shipping fee of € 2.95 from a purchase value of 50 Euro within Germany and Austria. 3. Payment, arrears, retention of title

4. Voluntary Exchange possibility
4.1 We will give you independent of your legal right voluntarily the opportunity to return the products purchased from Junior Golf Shop. 5.2 Consequences of Cancellation

6. Creditor protection
